The rules and responsibilities that apply when using Talarius.

Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not abuse rate limits, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, or distribute harmful or unlawful content. We strongly encourage you not to include secrets, credentials, personal, confidential, regulated, or other sensitive information in notification titles, bodies, or other free-form content; send only the minimum operational context.
Credits and availability
Accepted notifications and generated heartbeat outage or recovery alerts consume credits under the documented product rules; heartbeat check-ins are free. Talarius may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice and does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.
Account termination
You may delete your account from Account settings. An account with no successful authentication, accepted alert or heartbeat traffic, or billing activity for 24 months may be deleted after attempted warnings 30 days and 7 days beforehand. Talarius may suspend access for security threats, abuse, non-payment, or material violations of these terms.
Warranty and liability
Talarius is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. It should not be the sole alerting channel for safety-critical or life-critical systems.
