Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and vcraft Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. By creating an account, accessing Talarius, or buying credits, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

You must have reached the age of majority where you live. If you use Talarius for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Using Talarius

Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use Talarius lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content and destinations you configure.

You must not:

• Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Interfere with Talarius, evade limits, probe other accounts, or bypass security controls.
• Send malware, abusive content, spam, or communications you are not authorized to send.
• Resell or provide Talarius as a service without written permission.

Do not include secrets, credentials, personal, confidential, regulated, or other sensitive information in notifications or free-form support content. Send only the minimum operational context.

Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give vcraft Pte. Ltd. a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Talarius. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.

Credits and availability

Credits are prepaid service units, not currency, and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except where law requires. Accepted notifications and generated heartbeat outage or recovery alerts consume credits under the documented product rules; heartbeat check-ins are free. Acceptance is not delivery: an accepted request means Talarius accepted it for processing, not that delivery to every receiver is guaranteed.

Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Purchased and welcome credits expire one calendar year after they are added. Refunds and disputes are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

Service changes and availability

Talarius may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable. Talarius does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely delivery, and it must not be the sole alerting channel for safety-critical, life-critical, or emergency systems.

Third-party services

Talarius depends on third-party services such as GitHub, Stripe, email delivery providers, network providers, Apple/APNs, and Google/Firebase/FCM. Their separate terms and availability may affect features that use them. vcraft Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Apple, the Apple logo, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.

Account termination

You may stop using Talarius and delete your account from Account settings. Deletion forfeits unused credits except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Talarius may suspend or terminate access for security threats, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. When practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be deleted after attempted warnings 30 days and 7 days beforehand.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination do so, including ownership, payment reconciliation, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Talarius is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. vcraft Pte. Ltd.’s total liability arising from Talarius or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid for Talarius during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in another forum when mandatory consumer law permits it. Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] so the parties can try to resolve it informally.

General terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the agreement about Talarius. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; vcraft Pte. Ltd. may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of Talarius, subject to applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Talarius or applicable law changes. We will post the revised Terms here, update the date above, and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes when practicable. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you do not accept them, stop using Talarius and delete your account before they take effect.
